This is a video to demonstrate how to wrap an elastic bandage after surgery or injury

After surgery or injury you will need to learn how to apply compression using an elastic bandage which is also called an ace or tensor bandage.

Here are the basic rules to remember:
1. Firm but even pressure
2. More pressure near the bottom, less pressure near the top
3. Wrap on a diagonal pattern not in circles
4. Minimize wrinkles in the bandage

Above is a video of how to apply an elastic bandage.
